25% of calories from protein
55% of calories from carbs
30g of fibre
3000mg of sodium
3-4 litres of water which is a lot of ounces

I don't monitor sugars as I am steering away from all processed foods.  I am trying to stay with all natural whole foods and doing lots of cooking.
