Started Sept 23, 2010 and ends Dec 31 2010 (100 days)

What is the Hot 100?  The Hot 100 is a challenge focused on the last 100 days of 2010.  September 23, 2010 starts the clock.  From that day forward there are exactly 100 days left in 2010.  One hundred days to make this your year.  One hundred days to achieve your goals.  One hundred days, each and every one of which can be a great day!
1.  Lose 36 pounds - lost 40 pounds
2.  Workout a total of 5 times a week and go to my Kickboxing classes (counts as 2 a weeks) - Worked out on avg 6 times a week
3.  Keep my blogging, my food plan and other stats up to date AND report on Friday's
I was and am committed to my journal including weight tracker, food plan and exercise log however I did not keep up with blogging :(
Completed Dec 31, 2010 but I cannot say I was successful :(.  I did lost 40 pounds and I did workout to the max but I did not keep up with my blogging and challenge updates on Friday.


Started Sept 12, 2010 and ends Nov 21, 2010 (10 weigh ins) at my local gym.
1.  Lose 25 pounds
2.  Don't quit the challenge
3.  Attend gym classes regularily

Completed Nov 21, 2010, lost 34 pounds and 15.74% of my body weight in 9 weeks, and was the challenge winner!!!
